The colors change from light to dark

From the clouds in the sky to the leaves above the bark 

From blue skies to gray, green leaves turn red

When this is over, i will be wrapped up in my bed 

All bundled up cozy and warm, Randy besides me keeping comfort and love

My taste buds thanking me for the flavorful and colorful taste of spice 

The cute froth design of a leaf on top of the latte that brings me joy of the chilly loving season 

While the days are shorter and more gloomy, the serotonin that is running through my brain

That brings me joy of the long awaited season change
