The winter months can be hard. Between those struggling with seasonal depression and school work starting to pile up, it’s a lot. However, winter can also be really fun, with the silly holiday movies and gingerbread house competitions. Something that’s always helped me when the cold sets in and the honeymoon phase of school is over, is music. I have a playlist for every occasion and I have to admit, I’m listening to music as I write this. Winter is this really weird mix of piles of stress from school and always feeling a little bit down but it’s also gingerbread house contests and cheesy Hallmark movies. Regardless of if you’re doing homework on a Sunday or going sledding with friends, music is a must. I hope this playlist gave you a bit of inspiration and reminded you that just because it’s cold and you have school, winter isn’t terrible.
