It’s a frosty winter day.
I understand that it’s not wintertide
I know that
But doesn’t the weather remind you of the pure, white and innocent season?
The snow isn’t as broad here as it is in different parts of the country
But the chilly air goes in through your nose and out of your mouth
The cool air makes you shiver slightly
It’s autumn still
I know that
But the humid yet freezing air makes a grand appearance
Does it not?
It’s November; the month of Thanksgiving
Truly it is a month you associate with fall
Winter is near

Wintertime, wintertide, the hibernal season
Are you ready for this frosty season?
It’s time is near, as you can tell
