The album starts off with a song called “Hollywood’s Bleeding,” the name of the album. It is a fast-paced song that reflects how living in Hollywood could be toxic to the people living there and how it damages your creative sight on things. “Saint-Tropez” is the second song on the album. Malone sings about living a good lifestyle now that his successful career skyrocketed. In songs like “Internet” and “Myself” Post Malone explains how the internet is toxic and social media can damage a person’s self-confidence. Before the official release of the third studio album, “Internet” was leaked online and featured Kanye West’s vocals and he was supposedly going to be featured on the track.. His vocals has since been scratched and Post Malone is the solo singer on the track.
“Circles” is a fan-favorite.. The 3 minute and 35 second track gives off a sad vibe as Malone explains how a relationship went cold, and the relationship going in circles- hence the title of the song. It features acoustic guitars, and great melodies.
There are two songs that got included on the album that were previously released before the album dropped. “Wow,”’ and “Sunflower” were both on top of the charts when they were individually released. “Sunflower” was used in the 2018 movie, Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse.
Overall, it is a great album that many Post Malone fans and music fans in general should listen to.
