It’s a crazy time to be alive. From the ongoing health crisis the entire world is facing to the deadly event that took place at the United States Capitol on Wednesday, January 6th. Thousands of domestic terrorists marched to Capitol Hill after being encouraged by the very own President of the country, Donald Trump.

There is no question about it that Donald Trump incited the violence that happened at the Capitol. He told his supporters that were outside of the White House just hours before the violence took place at the Capitol to “fight like hell”.

In addition to several other things that would go on to prove that Trump did in fact encourage these people to attack the Capitol, there is clear evidence to support that he did encourage and incite the violence. The violent insurrection resulted in at least five people dead, including one Capitol Police officer who was reportedly beaten with a fire extinguisher several times before collapsing in the Capitol Police Headquarters. President Trump has not contacted the family of the Officer that was killed as a result of the insurrection.

It was pretty clear that there was a massive security breach and failure as the attack led millions of individuals to be perplexed on how such an attack can happen in potentially what was thought to be one of the most secure buildings. Another thing clear here – President Donald Trump is unfit to serve in his respective office. Should the President of the country not have consistently spread misinformation about the recent presidential election, encouraged the attack by stating to his supporters to “fight like hell”,  none of this would likely have happened. The President is supposed to be the person who calms things down, and that is certainly not what Trump has done here.

Trump’s personal Twitter account was subsequently permanently deactivated by the social media giant days after the event with the company saying that Trump had violated their “glorification of violence” policy.

The FBI in conjunction with several other federal agencies have begun their search for the individuals who violently and illegally breached the US Capitol. Several arrests have been made, and several more are expected to be made in the upcoming days.

The person who felt it was necessary to go into Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s office and put his feet up on her desk was taken into custody by the FBI in his home state, and his excuse was comedic. He reportedly told investigators that he was pushed into the Capitol and was trying to find the bathroom – doesn’t explain why he was in Pelosi’s chair and had his feet up in addition to stealing her mail.

It’s time for our Country to begin to become united but we simply can’t do that when we have a President that acts like Trump – irresponsible, unprofessional, and unfit for office.
