Naomi Diaz

Entering their junior year, Naomi Diaz is looking forward to writing for Eastern’s Voyager! She absolutely loooooves music, as her most important passions include DJing and hip-hop dance. Please forgive her if you have to repeat yourself a few times; they’re probably already endorsed in some music as we speak. Naomi can run intellectual rings around anyone in a debate on social inequality issues, race theory, BIPOC history, and feminism. Naomi is often told that they have quite a way with words, given that she loves to provide an ear to listen and give advice. This year in Mr. Bowne’s Journalism class, she is ecstatic for the like-minded friends they’re going to make and the stories they’re going to create!
