LAURA SILENZIO, Editor-in-Chief
Going into her senior year, Laura is extremely eager to take on her role as Editor-In-Chief of the Voyager as a third year Journalism student. She writes in a vast range of genres, previously being the opinion editor and don’t worry, she’s not afraid to tackle controversial topics. Along with being editor-in-chief for the voyager, she’s an officer for DECA, and the treasurer of the book club. With this she also dedicates her time fundraising for Blood Cancer with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
When she isn’t writing or editing, you can find her in a book store or your local Starbucks. She also enjoys spending time with friends, trying new things, and watching various movies, tv shows, and true crime documentaries.
This year, Laura has some big plans for the Voyager and can’t wait to get going with another successful year with an immensely impressive staff.
